Pre-registration, participant verification, participant results, registration enquiries and cancellations, event notices, and operation of the walking tour and OX quiz.

Name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, OX quiz selection and consent records. Blood type requires separate consent.

Retention

Personal information is retained until its event-operation purpose has been fulfilled and then securely deleted. Data is not used for unrelated marketing.
